TOWN OF OAKFIELD
PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN OF OAKFIELD ZONING ORDINANCE &
A NEW LIVESTOCK SITING ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Monday, November 6, 2017 at
7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield and the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of amendments to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance and a new Livestock Siting Ordinance. The amendments involve the maximum setback distance for new residences, wireless telecommunication towers, lot sizes in agricultural districts and highway setback distances.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and consider action on the adoption of the amendments and new ordinance.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Copies of the amendments and new ordinance are available for viewing by contacting the Town Clerk at 920-583-3328.
Also, written comments on the amendments and new ordinance may be submitted to Town Clerk Alex Strupp, N2576 County YY, Oakfield, WI 53065, prior to the public hearing.
