PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
October 19, 2020, 6:30 p.m.
Town Hall in Oak Center, N3349 Oak Center Road, Oakfield
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall located at N3349 Oak Center Road, Oakfield, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering a rezoning request from Michael Malterer.
The request being for the rezoning of part of a 40 acre parcel, T15-14-16-27-12-001-00, to be rezoned from General Agricultural to Industrial for the purpose of quarrying. The entire parcel being 40 acres more or less and a part of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼, of Section 27, Township 14 North, Range 16 East, located in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present.
NOTICE IS ALSO HERBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above request at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearing on Monday, October 19, 2020.
