NOTICE of ADOPTION of ATV/UTV ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 12, 2020, the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted an ordinance entitled, All-Terrain and Utility-Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance. This ordinance is adopted to establish ATV/UTV routes within the Town and to regulate the operation of ATV/UTV vehicles in the Town.                                                                                

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this ordinance imposes forfeitures for violations of various provisions.
