PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 17, 2021, the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted an Ordinance amending the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance in the following areas:
Section 2.3 H. was amended and now reads:
All dwellings shall conform to minimum floor size for the District. A full basement and/or storm shelter is highly recommended.
Sections 15.5A, 17.1 & 17.3D were updated with the most recent Comprehensive Plan adoption date of February 24, 2020.
Section 17.6 was created and now reads:
Horicon Marsh Viewshed
On land west of Stumpf Road and south of Oak Center Road: existing uses are allowed with limited additional accessory uses. Replacement of an existing residence with a new residence generally located in the same area may be considered subject to filing a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 14 of this ordinance.
All other provisions of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance remain in full force and effect.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this ordinance imposes forfeitures for violations of various provisions.
