PLAN COMMISSION HEARING and
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 25, 2022, 6:00 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of the Special Use Permit application submitted by Barbara and Justin Laning who are requesting to build a non-farm residence on farm land on Vielbig Road on Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map #8749, which is a part of the fractional Northwest ¼ of the Fractional Northeast ¼, Section 3, Town 14 North, Range 16 East, in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present at the Plan Commission Hearings.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearings on Monday, April 25, 2022.
