PLAN COMMISSION HEARING and
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
October 25, 2023, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the consideration of rezoning three parcels out of Farmland Preservation District and into General Agricultural District. The purpose of these rezonings is to correct the Town’s Zoning map, and for it to be in line with the County’s Zoning map in regard to Farmland Preservation lands. The Plan Commission will then make a recommendation to the Town Board.
The three parcels are as follows: T15-14-16-03-08-001-00, T15-14-16-15-04-003-00, T15-14-16-03-03-001-00
The Plan Commission hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that immediately following the hearing, the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will meet for a special meeting to review the recommendation(s) of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests.
