NOTICE of ADOPTION of ORDINANCE AMENDING

ZONING ORDINANCE

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 28, 2024, the Town of Oakfield,

Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted an Ordinance amending the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance in the following areas:

• Section 2.8 was created to include details about Storage Containers.
• Section 3.2 was amended to include definitions of the following: Dwelling, Multi-Family, In-Law Unit, and Lot Line.
• Section 5.2 was amended to clarify language about permitted uses in Farmland Preservation District.
• Section 8.3 was amended to include “In-law Unit” as a Special Use.
• Section 9.3 was amended to include “Multi-Family Dwellings” and “In-law Unit” as Special Uses.
• Section 16.10 was amended to correct language about the type of notice required.

All other provisions of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance remain in full force and effect.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this ordinance imposes forfeitures for violations of various provisions.
