ORDINANCE AMENDING ALL-TERRAIN AND UTILITY-TERRAIN VEHICLE ROUTE ORDINANCE

The Town Board of the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, upon proper notice and with quorum present and voting, hereby ordains the following amendments to the Town’s All-Terrain and Utility-Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance:

Section 7 (e) is hereby amended to read:

SECTION 7:  Conditions Applicable to All-Terrain and Utility Terrain Vehicle Routes.

(e) ATV/UTV designated routes are closed for operation of an ATV/UTV between the hours of 11:59 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. daily.

The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to take all action necessary to incorporate this amendment into the Town’s All-Terrain and Utility-Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance. 

This Ordinance shall be published or posted as required by law.
