TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
April 24, 2024, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday April 24, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of a Rezoning application submitted by Karl Huth / Gerald Huth, requesting to rezone from Farmland Preservation District to Single Family Residential without public sewer District a proposed approximate 1.381 acre +/- lot at W9102 County Road AS part of T15-14-16-20-09-001-00 located in the Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 16 East in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present at the Plan Commission Hearing.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the hearing.
