HEARING & SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
April 15, 2024, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission and Town Board will conduct a joint public hearing on the consideration of the following two applications:
Rezoning application from Buechel Stone Corporation proposing the rezoning of parcels T15-14-16-34-03-001-00, T15-14-16-34-04-001-00 and portions of parcels T15-14-16-34-02-001-00,T15-14-16-34-01-001-00 from General Agricultural District to Industrial District.
Special Use Permit application by Buechel Stone Corporation to renew, with possible amendments, its current Special Use Permit to conduct non-metallic mining on parcels located in the East ½ of the East ½ of Section 27 Town 14 North, Range 15 East (Quarry #1) and in the Northeast ¼ of Section 34 (Quarry #2) in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the hearing on Monday, April 15, 2024.
