NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will meet at the Town Hall in Oak Center, N3349 Oak Center Road, Oakfield, WI immediately after the Plan Commission hearing, which begins at 6:30pm on April 24, 2024 to review, discuss and take action on the following:
- Plan Commission’s recommendation on the Rezoning application submitted by Karl Huth / Gerald Huth, requesting to rezone from Farmland Preservation District to Single Family Residential without public sewer District a proposed approximate 1.381 acre +/- lot at W9102 County Road AS part of T15-14-16-20-09-001-00 located in the Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 16 East in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin
- Huth proposed Certified Survey Map for the Lot at W9102 Cty Road AS, location details above
- Payment to Wisconsin Dept. of Administration
- Consent Decree Agreements for Louie Uttendorfer and Chris Schmehil, regarding second house on lot while new residence is being built
