NOTICE: SPECIAL MEETING of the TOWN BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will be meeting at the Town Hall in Oak Center at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. The meeting purposes are stated in the following agenda items:

AGENDA:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Confirm meeting Notice
  3. Motion to go into closed session
  4. Convene to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) to discuss the actions and financial transactions of the Town Treasurer with roll call vote to go into closed session
  5. Return to public session
  6. Establish practices and procedures for the Town Treasurer
  7. Adjourn
