SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
January 25, 2021, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall in Oak Center
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Monday, January 25, 2021 at
6:30 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of the Special Use Permit application submitted by Christopher and Peggy Schmehil requesting to build a residence in the Ledge Viewshed area at W8604 Breakneck Road located in the East ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 33 Town 14 North, Range 16 East in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN, that immediately following the Schmehil SUP hearing, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of a Rezoning application submitted by Mary and Kevin Tighe requesting to rezone from Farmland Preservation District to General Agricultural District a 7.262 Acre +/- lot at W9286/W9290 Cty Rd AS and part of T15-14-16-20-10-002-00 located in
the East ½ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 19 & in the West ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 20 Town 14 North, Range 16 East in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present at the Plan Commission Hearings.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearings on Monday, January 25, 2021.
