SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at
6:30 p.m. at N3349 Oak Center Road, the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the consideration of a Rezoning application submitted by The Joann M. Goodlaxson Irrevocable Supplemental Trust, trustees Donna Goodlaxson and Deanne Goodlaxson, requesting to rezone from Farmland Preservation District to Single Family Residential without public sewer District a proposed 2 Acre +/- lot at W9370 Oak Center Road part of T15-14-16-31-01-003-00 located in the West ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 31 in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Oakfield Town Board may be present at the Plan Commission Hearings.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield will review the recommendations of the Plan Commission and may act upon the above requests at a special Town Board meeting immediately following the Plan Commission hearings on Wednesday July 27, 2022.
