NOTICE of ADOPTION of Right-of-Way ORDINANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 11, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted an ordinance entitled, Ordinance Restricting Use and Obstruction of Town Road Rights-of-Way, Ditches, and Embankments. This ordinance is adopted to establish regulation of the public Rights-of-Way, ditches, and embankments in the public interest, and to provide for the issuance and regulation of Right-of-Way permits, pursuant to the powers granted under Wis. Stat. 82.03 & 893.83.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this ordinance imposes forfeitures for violations of various provisions.
